About Me

My name is Buu Nguyen. I am an Engineering Manager working at CSC Vietnam.

During my career, I have been participated in many projects under various roles including program manager, project manager, project lead, software architect, software developer, and business analyst.

Currently, I am overseeing 3 software projects which consist of 50 members. I am also leading the competency development for all resources on-bench. At home, I’m writing a lot of code for my personal projects.

My favorite research topics include leadership and management, development processes, programming languages (.NET, Java, Ruby, JavaScript) and object-oriented analysis and design.
